EducPro hosted in Braga the event "Green Engagement in Our Local Communities" of the project Green Youth, focusing on promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices among participants.

On Wednesday, May 22nd, the activities began at the Braga Youth Center on Santa Margarida Street. The day started with a welcome session and an introduction to the event and its theme and a discourse of the pro-rector of Minho University – Miguel Bandeira. After a coffee break, partners presented on the topic of green engagement situation in their country. The afternoon featured a multicultural debate and a tree-planting activity.

On Thursday, May 23rd, the group visited Braval (center of recycling) & Braga viewpoints. In the afternoon, attendees visited the Pedagogical Farm, followed by a certificates ceremony. 

This event aimed to foster a deeper understanding of environmental issues and encourage proactive involvement in green initiatives within local communities.
