Learning Teaching and Training Activities

From the 2nd to the 8th of September, EducPro proudly hosted the Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) of the European project FUTURE – Entrepreneurship’s FUTURE is green and digital, in Braga. This initiative brought together 20 youth workers from five partner countries – Romania, Spain, Greece, Lithuania, and Portugal – for an intensive week of training aimed at shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The primary goal of the LTTA was to equip these youth workers with the skills and knowledge needed to foster sustainable and digital entrepreneurship among young people in their local communities. The training was grounded in non-formal educational activities designed specifically for the project, focusing on the integration of three major European frameworks:

  1. GreenComp – The European Sustainability Competence Framework
  2. DigComp – The Digital Competence Framework for Citizens
  3. EntreComp – The European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework

These frameworks were essential in creating a comprehensive training that addressed the crucial skills needed for the green and digital transformation of businesses. The youth workers engaged in practical workshops and interactive sessions aimed at developing sustainable business plans, incorporating eco-friendly practices, and leveraging digital tools for entrepreneurial success.

By the end of the training, participants gained not only theoretical understanding but also hands-on experience in green innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial mindset development. This training empowers them to return to their respective countries and communities, where they will further train young people to create sustainable and digitally integrated business plans, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit aligned with Europe’s green and digital transition goals.

The LTTA was a significant milestone in the FUTURE project, reinforcing the commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent capable of addressing the global challenges of climate change and digital transformation. EducPro was proud to host this impactful event, contributing to a brighter, greener, and more digitally empowered future.
